Terms of use
Last updated: 16 October 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use the OneLoyal app or this website. OneLoyal is run by [Company name] Ltd, company number [company number], registered office [registered office address] ("we", "us"). By using OneLoyal you agree to these terms. Please also read our privacy policy.
2. What OneLoyal is
OneLoyal is a digital loyalty card. Customers have one code that participating shops scan to add stamps to that shop's card. Each shop runs its own loyalty scheme through OneLoyal.
3. For customers
Using the app
- OneLoyal is free for customers.
- You can use it as a guest. If you don't create an account and you lose your phone or delete the app, your stamps can't be recovered.
- Please keep your account to yourself and don't try to get stamps you haven't earned.
Stamps, rewards and offers
- Each shop sets its own rules: how many stamps earn a reward, what the reward is, how many stamps you can get per visit, and whether stamps expire. These rules are shown on your card.
- Rewards and offers are provided by the shop, not by us. Any questions about a reward, offer or purchase should go to the shop first.
- Stamps and rewards have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money and can't be transferred to another person.
- A shop may change its rules for the future. Stamps you already have are kept, with the expiry they had when they were added.
- A shop can remove a stamp added by mistake. You'll see this on your card.
- If a shop leaves OneLoyal or closes, its card and any unused stamps may no longer be usable.
- Reserving an offer means the shop holds the item for you until the collection time. You pay the shop when you collect it. Nothing is paid in the app. Please cancel in the app if you can't make it.
4. For shops
- You must be authorised to act for the business you set up, and the details you give (name, logo, address and opening hours) must be accurate and not misleading or offensive. They are shown publicly in the app.
- You're responsible for your loyalty scheme and offers: honouring rewards and reservations, and making sure your offers follow the law, including consumer protection and advertising rules.
- You're responsible for how your staff use OneLoyal on your devices. Keep your login and owner PIN safe.
- Only use customers' first names and stamp information to run your loyalty scheme in your shop. Don't try to identify, contact or market to customers outside OneLoyal using it.
- OneLoyal is currently free for shops while we're getting started. If we introduce a paid subscription, we'll tell you the price and terms in advance, and you can decide whether to continue.
- We may remove a shop from OneLoyal if it breaks these terms or misuses the service.
5. Things nobody may do
Don't misuse OneLoyal. For example, don't try to get around its rules or security, access other people's information, copy or interfere with the app, or use it for anything illegal.
6. Our service
- We work hard to keep OneLoyal running and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free.
- We may change, add or remove features. If we ever close OneLoyal, we'll give reasonable notice.
- You can stop using OneLoyal and delete your account at any time from the Account tab.
7. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for anything the law doesn't allow us to limit, such as death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.
Otherwise, we're not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, for rewards, offers or products provided by shops, or for business losses (such as lost profit) suffered by shops.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If the changes are important, we'll tell you in the app before they take effect.
9. The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
